ArmadilloNet Web Hosting provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared website hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and overages. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.

This policy does not apply to:

• Any additional services such as e-commerce, shopping carts, additional email accounts, overages, additional disk space and other such items beyond the core hosting plans. 

• Customers who are not in good financial standing with us at the time of cancellation.

• A client breaking any item in our terms of conditions and acceptable use policy.
  

In order to protect customers, all cancellations must be:

• In writing on your company's letterhead.

• Sent via certified mail to our corporate address, attention "Billing."

• Postmarked before the end of the first 30 days of your contract.

All other forms of notice will not be accepted as proper cancellation of your hosting contract.

Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded according to the cancellation policy above. Refunds for unused months that were paid in advance will also be refunded. Please note that refunds can take an average of 30 days to be processed.
